Will R. Libberton

Will R. Libberton, 71, of Nora, died Wednesday, February 17, 2016 in his home. He was born November 24, 1944 in Savanna IL, the son of Richard and Florence (Franks) Libberton. Will worked at Newell as a production auditor in the accounting department. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Korea from 1965-1967 achieving the rank of Sergeant. Will really enjoyed spending his time fishing. Will is survived by his brother Donald (Sue) Libberton of Wheaton, IL; two sisters Jeanette (Dale) Hazelbower of McConnell, IL and Maxine (Glenn) Brooks of Moline, IL; and nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his loyal dog B.J. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home with Rev. Diane Jochum officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
