Celestine Allen, 53, of Freeport, IL passed away Saturday November 4, 2023 in her home. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday November 18, 2023 at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church. A visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church. Burial will be at Freeport City Cemetery.
