Charlotte E. Bourne, 94, Of Freeport passed away March 15, 2017 at Pearl Pavilion in Freeport. She was born October 23, 1922 in Mt. Carroll, IL the daughter of Jospeh and Lillian (Delp) Patton. Charlotte was married to the late Donald Bourne. She was employed by Sears-Roebuck. Charlotte is survived by her sister Norma Rosen of Sun City, AZ; nephew Thomas Petty of Sun City, AZ; and good friend Barbara Thiele. She is preceded in death by her husband.
