Deangelo Brooks, 28, of Freeport, died Thursday April 23, 2015 at Stephenson Nursing Center in Freeport. Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday May 1, 2015 at Mt. Carmel Church in Freeport with Rev. Charles Threadgill officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Church.
