Eugene Clifford Mills

Eugene Clifford Mills, 78, of Freeport, passed away, Saturday September 7, 2024, at UW-Madison Hospital. Eugene was born September 28, 1945, in Peru, Indiana, the son of Charles Clifford and Veda Donna Belle (Lauer) Mills. Eugene married Nancy Burri on March 1, 2002, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Mr. Mills worked for Micro Switch/Honeywell for many years.

Surviving is his wife, Nancy Mills of Freeport; son, Chad Mills of Huntersville, NC.; daughter, Susan (Andy) Younce of LaFontaine, IN.; step-daughter, Amy (Brad) Curtis of Lena; brother, Charles (Sharon) Mills of Kouts, IN., Robert (Penny) Mills of Warsaw, IN., and Raymond (Linda)Mills of Rossville, IN.; six grandchildren, Treyton, Jaeden, and Makenna Younce, Hailey (Reed) Rakowska, Kyle Mills, and Maya (Ike Shultz) Curtis; also surviving are two great-grandchildren, Mila Rakowska and Archer Shultz.

Mr. Mills was preceded in death by his parents.
