Harley Lee Boatright, 89, of Freeport, died Monday December 2, 2019. He was born February 19, 1930 in Carlyle, IL, the son of Elmer and Bessie (Esmond) Boatright. He married Betty Owens July 22, 1949 in Carlyle, IL. A memorial service will be 11:00 A.M. Friday December 6, 2019 at the Chapel of Peace in Oakland Mausoleum, with Rev. Kurt Strong officiating.
