James L. Hall, 71, of Freeport, passed away, Tuesday April 16, 2024. Mr. Hall was born December 14, 1952, in Forrest City, Arkansas, the son of Jesse Hall and Bernice (Jackson) Hall.
James is survived by son, Nadaniel (Bridget) Jones; daughter, Stacey Driver; brothers, Levern (Mary) Hall, Lonell (Amanda) Hall, Isaac (Linda) Hall, Kenneth Hall, and Ronnie Hall; sisters, Charlene (Willie) Graham and Christine Williams; five grandchildren, Aspen and Camden Jones, Nyasa, Marqwan and Marvin Monroe Jr.; and two great-grandchildren, Yul and Aubryonia Elie;
James was preceded in death by his father, mother sisters, Rose (Hall) Gulley and Dorothy Hall; brother, Jesse Hall Jr.; and nephew, Issac Hall Jr.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday April 26, 2024 at St. James C.M.E. Visitation 9:00 am until the time of service. Burial will be in City Cemetery.
