James Ray Whaley, 74, of Freeport, passed away, Friday September 24, 2021, in his home. James was born June 12, 1947 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the son of Clinton and Bertha (Olson) Whaley. Military graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2021 at Freeport City Cemetery.
