Judith “Judy” Ann Lindstrom passed away peacefully at Oakley Courts Assisted Living, Freeport Il on July 4th, 2026.She was born on December 6, 1943, to Paul and Marie McLain in Freeport, Il.

Judy was a graduate of Freeport High School, Freeport, IL.On October 20th, 1963, she married Ted D. Lindstrom at St John’s in Freeport, IL. She was the proud mother of two children. Todd (Traci) Lindstrom, Antigo, WI and Heidi (Scott) Regez, Davis, IL.Judy was the proud grandma of five grandchildren. Trey, Alexis, Summer, Steven, and Amanda and three Great Grandchildren Leeland, Trey Jr, and Calvin.She had special relationship with her nieces Gay Kellet and Stephanie Erickson. Also, she enjoyed a long and wonderful friendship with Sue Lyness and Bobbie Street.

Judy enjoyed reading and “shopping.” Need we say more…..She was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Freeport IL. Judy was strong in her faith and often led worship groups.

The Lindstrom/Regez families would like to thank Oakley Courts Assisted Living of Freeport and the wonderful St Croix Hospice Team of WI.Judy will be laid to rest at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Freeport. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
