Levi Alan Toelke

Levi Alan Toelke, 3 month old son of Chad and Dana (Hubbard) Toelke of Elgin, Ill. died Friday May 11, at Children'™s Hospital of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Wisconsin. Levi was born January 31, in Milwaukee. In addition to his parents, Levi is survived by his paternal grandparents; Jeff and Leta Toelke of Dakota ; his paternal great-grandparents Harold and Loraine Toelke and Robert Samuels. His maternal grandparents; Don and Denise Hubbard of Milledgeville. His maternal great-grandparents; Wayne and Doris Sprecher and Gene and Gladys Hartz. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather; Darrell Hubbard and paternal great-grandmother; Rachel Samuels. A funeral service for Levi will be held Saturday, 10:30 A.M. at Adeline Christian Camp, 8159 W. White Eagle Road, Adeline. Visitation will be Friday, 4:00-7:00 P.M. at Burke-Tubbs Funeral Home, 504 N. Walnut Ave. Freeport, Ill. Burial will be in Adeline Cemetery. A memorial has been established In his name.
