Marietta Stanfa, 61, of Freeport, died Friday, February 6, 2015 at Freeport Rehab and Health Care Center. Born on March 4, 1953 in Chicago, the daughter of Anthony and Mary (Merleno) Stanfa. Marietta worked at Crum and Forester. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. Survivors include her sister Joan Stanfa of Freeport. Preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Thomas. Father Ken Anderson will officiate. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. Burial will be in Freeport City Cemetery.
