Michael J. Smith, 83, of San Francisco, California, formerly of Freeport, passed away Thursday April 1, 2021. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday April 16, 2021 at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in City Cemetery.
