My’onni Da’shay Carter left this heavenly world on the day she was born, September 1, 2024. Although her time on earth was short, she brought so much joy to her family. My’onni is survived by her mother Miterriona Carter of Freeport, IL; great-grandmother Vivian Lacy; grandmother Tymeka Carter, grandfather Nysheaki Swanigan, grandmother Kida Glover; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Private family services will be held. Burial will be at Freeport City Cemetery.
