Reason Hartsel Jerome Shirley fulfilled his destiny on April 1, 2017. Reason is survived by his father Ryan Shirley, mother LaTrice Newton, one sister, Raniyah Shirley, and two brothers, Kazion Morehead and Rylan Shirley.Graveside service will be held on Thursday April 6, 2017 at the City Cemetery.
