Richard L. Noone, 73, of Freeport, died Friday December 24, 2010 in his daughters home, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife Evelyn Noone , and his daughter Mary Weems. Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no service or visitation for Mr. Noone.
