Ruth C. Elgin, 94, of Orangeville, IL passed away Tuesday May 5, 2026. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday May 12, 2026 at Park Hills Evangelical Free Church in Freeport. Visitation will be from 10: 00 AM until the time of service at the Church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Freeport, IL.
