Thomas C. Fowley, 76, of Freeport, passed away Sunday May 15, 2016 at FHN Memorial Hospital. Thomas was born March 30, 1940 in Chicago, IL. He married Susan Schayer April 8, 1967. Thomas worked as a machine operator. He is survived by his wife Susan Fowley of Freeport; two nieces; two nephews; and two great-nieces. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents and brother.
