Tyler William Dale

Tyler William Dale, 43, formerly of Freeport, IL, passed away Tuesday September 9, 2025 in Florida. He was born November 29, 1981 in Freeport, IL, the son of Craig and Christine (Bickford) Dale. Tyler enjoyed cooking and was an avid Chicago Bears and Cubs fan. Most of all, Tyler enjoyed spending time with his family.

He is survived by his parents Craig and Chris Dale of Freeport, IL; son Derrick Dale of Freeport, IL; grandmother Kathryn Mathys of Crescent City, CA; two brothers Lucas Dale and Dustin (Amber) Dale both of Freeport, IL; fiancé Amanda Baker; nephews Reed, Mathias and Ashton Dale; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Tyler is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.

Cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services.  A memorial has been established in Tyler's memory.
