Walter Scott Jr.

Walter Scott Jr., 34, died September 25, 2013 in his home. Born on August 7, 1979, the son of Walter and Cynthia (Evans) Scott Sr. Walter worked at Badr Halal Meat Plant in Shannon. Survivors include his mother, Cynthia Luke of Rochelle; one daughter Madison-Brooke Webster of Chicago; one brother Johnathan Scott of South Holland, IL; two sisters Tarmencita Scott of Reno, NV., and Tiffany Scott of Rochelle, IL. Preceded in death by his father, grandmother, great grandmother and uncle. Funeral services will be Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Philippians Missionary Baptist Church 1 p.m. Visitation will be from noon until the time of service at the church. Burial will be in Freeport City Cemetery. A memorial has been established in his memory.
